CompAnalysis Announces California Total Compensation Survey for 2011

OAKLAND, Calif. — CompAnalysis, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services of California Insurance Services, announces that it will expand its 7th annual compensation survey on pay, benefits and HR practices to include the entire state of California. The survey will also include additional employee benefits and practices such as workers compensation, equity-based pay and paid time off.

The new Gallagher 2011 California Total Compensation Survey will report data on over 100 core cross-industry jobs plus an additional 150+ common positions among these industries: agriculture and wineries, real estate and construction, hospitality, manufacturing, engineering and R&D, financial services and insurance. The expanded survey will be an important resource for employers wanting current, relevant pay and benefits data in order to make strategic compensation decisions.

Shari Dunn, managing director of the division, said, "As the economy continues to improve, competition for qualified employees will skyrocket. CompAnalysis will open its web site link for data submission on May 2nd at www.salarysurveys.com. This new web site has a user interface designed and structured to make the submission process for participants as easy and time-efficient as possible.
